• All necessary forms and applications provided
• Complete package prior to submittal
• Pick up and delivery
• Regular updates on the progress of your project
• Complete involvement in regards to any corrections needed to plans after initial plan submittal
• Water meter set up service (when needed)
• No hidden fees

We offer the same services to our professional builders as we do our individual home builders -- and more!

• Periodic email updates with city and county changes that effect your business
• Regular appointments for Harris County permits
